244 Years of Injustice
The system this country is run by was made with racist values, that unequally treats its people and manipulatives the minorities. Black and other men and women of color have continuously been subjected to inequalities and injustices that have disrupted their quality of life.

The Fight For Justice and Equity

Black and other men and women of color have continuously over decades had lower household income , higher unemployment rates, and lower graduation rates compared to white men and women in America. In the career field for every dollar a white man makes men of color make 5-18 cents less.

Police Encounters

Black and hispanic people are more likely to be pulled over and searched or ticketed by police. In police arrests where law enforcement used lethal force black and hispanic people have around a 2 times higher fatality rate and black people are more likely to be unarmed than white people.

Educational Disparities

Nationwide schools in urban districts receive less funding than suburban districts. Predominantly white school districts receive billions in more funding than predominantly non-white districts. These learning disparities dictate the future of young students of color and obstruct their ability to receive opportunities.
